A new update to the BluOS music-management software/operating system developed for Bluesound and NAD wireless systems allows users to index more than 200,000 tracks and access them through the BluOS Controller App.

Version 2.6.1 of BluOS also adds integration with the Microsoft Groove music service, which provides access to more than 40 million songs for streaming and download, and provides other enhancements, including:

• New app widgets for iOS, Android, and desktop PC
• Enhanced user interface for the Apple Watch App
• Multi-touch app interface for iOS devices including 3D Touch
• Grouped playback when syncing audio/video in real-time

Owners of BluOS-enabled Bluesound and NAD products will be prompted to update their player firmware.
