Vizio today announced the addition of two soundbars and a multiroom wireless speaker to its SmartCast line of audio products.

The new models can be controlled by the company’s SmartCast Mobile app, which mimics a full-function remote control, and support Google’s popular Chromecast platform for streaming music from compatible apps over Wi-Fi to multiple devices. Other common features include Bluetooth streaming and compatibility with the Google Assistant voice control platform built into devices such as the Google Home speaker.

The new SmartCast soundbars are the 3-channel SB3630-E6 ($150) and 5.1-channel SB3651-E6 ($250), which comes with a wireless subwoofer and a pair of surround speakers. Both are 36 inches wide.

The SmartCast Crave Go is a portable wireless speaker ($200) featuring a metal grill, rubberized “easy-grip” back panel, and a rechargeable battery rated for up to 6 hours of playback per charge. The multiroom speaker also has a fold-out kickstand.

The Chromecast-enabled SmartCast soundbars are joined by four additional soundbar models, ranging in price from $80 for a 28-inch 2.0 model (SB2820n-E0) to $250 for a 32-inch 5.1 system (SB3251n-E0).
