The Polar Express in 3D -- Funny Glasses and All

Can't you just picture your whole family gathered around the TV wearing those goofy red and blue 3D glasses? Makes you all warm and fuzzy thinking about it. Well, Warner Bros. just announced they're going to release the computer-generated animated bonanza The Polar Express in 3D on Blu-ray, complete with four pairs of 3D glasses!

Word is that the Blu-ray version will retail for $34.99, while the DVD edition will only cost $20.97, both bundled with the glasses when they hit the streets on October 28th.

Not to worry that you'll have to wear the funky glasses every time you watch it. A 2D version is included on the disc, along with . . . what else?
