Hisense Flexes Marketing Muscle with $20K NBA Championship Edition TV

Just in time for the start of the 2024-2025 season: if you love basketball, need a new TV, and have $20K to spend, Hisense has something special for you. The 110UX Championship TV is its latest offering and it was unveiled today at NBA headquarters in NYC. And while the NBA "enhancements" on this TV do not include a special "Basketball" picture mode, they do include memberships, aesthetic touches and collectors items.

NBA-Branded Design and Collectibles
The 110UX Championship Edition TV features NBA branding, including a custom startup screen and an inscribed bezel. Each set is part of a limited run and comes with a numbered plaque, underscoring its exclusivity. Buyers also gain access to "Club 100," an elite membership with added benefits, along with Victory, a collector's book designed by Victor Solomon that delves into the NBA’s trophy history.

These extras elevate the TV beyond mere technology, positioning it as a prized collector's item for fans seeking something unique.

Cutting-Edge 110UX Technology
Behind the NBA-inspired design, the Championship Edition is powered by the same impressive technology as the standard 110UX, which debuted at CES 2024. It boasts Hisense’s ULED X technology on a 110-inch screen, reaching a peak brightness of 10,000 nits and employing over 40,000 dimming zones. This ensures deep blacks and vivid colors, even in bright settings—ideal for those daytime basketball games you want to watch in the sunroom.

The display is run by the Hi-View Engine X chipset, which uses AI to enhance contrast, depth, and clarity. Although OLED panels traditionally offer better contrast, the 110UX compensates with exceptional brightness, making it perfect for large, well-lit rooms.

Audio comes from the CineStage X Surround sound system with 4.2.2 channels.

Is It Worth the Price?
Given the quality of 100-inch TV you can buy for $5,000 or under, including from Hisense, there is reason to wonder if the NBA-themed 110-inch Hisense makes sense at its asking price. But then again, does paying $1,000 per ticket to sit in the third row of a basketball game make sense? If you love the sport and have the spare cash, sure it does.

For those who see the 110UX Championship Edition as more than just a television, the price is easier to justify. The exclusive NBA design, collectible memorabilia, and access to Club 100 cater to fans who want to bring a piece of basketball history into their homes.

David Gold, President of Hisense Americas, says, “The 110UX delivers an experience unlike anything else on the market and embodies the championship spirit of the game as well as the passion of basketball fans worldwide.”

The Hisense 110UX Championship Edition is now available in limited quantities at Amazon and BestBuy.com.

I've been exploring different platforms recently, and I stumbled upon a really interesting one. What really caught my attention was the range of betting options, especially relevant for players in Bangladesh. There are so many games to choose from, and it really keeps things exciting. The design is straightforward and doesn’t overwhelm you with unnecessary details. You can easily find what you're looking for without hassle. Check it out: https://vet-visa.com/. The bonuses also seem to be a nice perk, adding to the overall experience and making it more fun to stick around.
