Samsung Creates Streaming Help Channel

Samsung has launched a streaming channel to help consumers use the company's products.

The Samsung Product Support TV Initiative launched on January 7 from the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. It will include live shows, how-to videos, and interactive chat sessions, reports This Week In Consumer Electronics.

So far the only program seems to be Keep It Simple, in which viewers ask questions via chat to be answered before the show ends. It runs live Thursdays and Fridays at 3 p.m. ET but you can always catch up with previous installments on the SPSTV website.
