THE ODD COUPLE WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST TV COMEDY SHOWS EVER, AND FOR SOME REASON HAS NEVER BEEN RELEASED ON DVD. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS SINCE THEY HAVE EVERY SERIES OUT FROM PUNKY BREWSTER TO QUANTUM LEAP.PLEASE SOMEONE WAKE NEIL SIMON FROM THE DEAD AND TELL HIM WE WANT THE ODD COUPLE ON DVD.

favorite TV show is the new Battlestar Galactica! Best acting of any scifi show, and a pretty good effects budget for tv. I just wish it was broadcast in widescreen and in Dolby Digital like the dvd releases.

Right now I've got to go with Supernatural and Veronica Mars. The former is a refreshing, well-written and non-cheesy take on the supernatural/paranormal craze. Jared Padalecki doesn't hurt, either. The latter is well-written, unpredictable and hilarious.

I have Cox digital cable. I do get the UniversalHD channel, but as you say its all season one and two stuff. The scifi channel is 4:3 probably in mono sound.

Interesting. With TimeWarner it's widescreen within a 4x3 window.

Law & Order (The orginal). I love that its plot driven and you're hooked as soon as the music comes on. Fringe benefit: It comes on TNT HD, so even the old episodes from the 90s look cool.
