As the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association gears up for it’s the CEDIA 2016 exhibition in mid-September it has announced finalists for its 2016 Best New Product Awards.

The list is long and, as you’d expect, dominated by serious custom-installation gear such as Lutron’s Sivoia QS Triathlon Motorized Shading System and RoseWater Energy Group’s Residential Energy Storage Hub. Despite CEDIA’s trade focus there are still plenty of products readers of this magazine will be familiar with.

Winners will be announced at CEDIA 2016 in Dallas on September 15. In the meantime, we’ve put together a partial list of finalists. Which ones would you vote for?
