Denon Adds Budget 4K/HDR-Ready Receivers
Denon has announced that it will add two 4K/HDR-ready AV receivers to its budget S Series by the end of the month.
The AVR-S720W and AVR-S920W will replace the S710W and S910W at the current-model pricing of $479 and $579, respectively.
Described as having “extensive network capability,” both are 7.2-channel models featuring dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, 4K passthrough with HDCP2.2 on all HDMI outputs, HDR (high dynamic range) capability, and Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 surround sound processing; DTS:X processing will be available via a firmware update in August.
