GOT SPL?
Here's an idea for you, just in case you happen to be charged with decommissioning a small dance club and don't know what to do with the leftover system. Cram a triamped behemoth comprising 4 18" subs, driven by 8 2500-watt amps, top that with 4 1000-watt amps driving 2 8" and 10 6.5" midrange drivers and another 600 watter moving 12 1" tweeters, powered by an array of 10 car batteries and 4 350-amp alternators into a 2001 Chevy Tahoe.
Those things seem to move plenty of air, though you might have to stand a few blocks away to hear a fundamental. Awe-inspiring, if not in a strictly musical sense. You'll feel bad for the phone book (those things need a little sympathy these days anyway) and the camera microphone, so be warned.
Gotta love creator Steve Meade's plates, though his ride seems to answer its own question. Street motivated devastation, indeed.
