Niro 1.1 Pro HTIB HT Labs Measures
This graph shows the quasi-anechoic (employing close-miking of all woofers) frequency response of the 1.1 Pro speaker's left channel (purple trace) and center channel (green trace) and the 1.1 subwoofer (blue trace). The left and center channels were measured at a distance of 1 meter and scaled for display purposes. Please note that the system's proprietary connectors precluded many of our usual tests.
The left channel's listening-window response (a five-point average of axial and +/–15-degree horizontal and vertical responses) measures +6.25/–2.88 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3dB point is at 174 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 157 Hz.
The center channel's listening-window response measures +5.74/–5.60 dB from 200 Hz to 10 kHz. The –3dB point is at 154 Hz, and the –6dB point is at 145 Hz.
The 1.1 subwoofer's close-miked response, normalized to the level at 80 Hz, indicates that the lower –3dB point is at 56 Hz and the –6dB point is at 45 Hz. The upper –3dB point is at 110 Hz.—MJP
