Samsung rolls out a few new 3D Blu-ray players
Samsung is quietly updating its line of 3D-capable Blu-ray Disc players, replacing the company's BD-C6900 and offering a wider selection of players. At the top of the pile is the BD-C7900, sporting two HDMI outs. Under it is the BD-C6800, a slightly tweaked and cheaper version of the BD-C6900. Finally, the BD-C5900 offers 3D Blu-ray Disc playback at a bargain price, but lacks the 1GB internal storage found in the other two players.
The BD-C5900 is currently available from Best Buy and Amazon for $229, and the other two players are expected to ship soon. The BD-C6800 will be available for $279, while the BD-C7900 will retail for a full $399.
