SiriusXM Offers Free Listening Through Dec. 3
Listeners that have a car equipped with SiriusXM will be able to sample more than 100 channels, running the gamut from The Beatles Channel and LL COOL J’s Rock The Bells to SoulCycle Radio and Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Radio to Mad Dog Sports Radio and SiriusXM POTUS.
If you have a phone, computer, or tablet with the SiriusXM app, you gain access to more than 300 channels of live programming and an On Demand library with 10,000-plus hours of archived shows, exclusive music performances, interviews, and audio documentaries.
The app also provides access to several new features, including Personalized Stations Powered by Pandora, which lets listeners create unique ad-free stations based on artists they like, and SiriusXM video, which presents new clips daily from across the service’s lineup of music, talk, and sports channels. Clips include performances, interviews, and in-studio moments from the likes of Howard Stern.
“Xtra Channels,” featuring variations of SiriusXM’s music channels such as 80s on 8 Party, is also available through the app. The channel includes skip-ahead functionality.
You can also listen for free online through the Thanksgiving weekend at player.siriusxm.com, or through an Alexa-enabled device by enabling the SiriusXM Skill in the Alexa app and clicking “Enjoy Free SiriusXM.” Free listening is available on Amazon’s Echo, Echo Dot, and Fire TV.
