The speaker specialists at SVS are stepping up their game with a bold 60-day price-protection plan.

If the price of an SVS product drops within 60 days of when a purchase is made, the company will automatically refund the difference to the customer’s credit card or original payment method without the customer having to contact SVS.

The policy is the latest update to the company’s Customer Bill of Rights, which includes a 45-day free in-home trial, free shipping and returns, a 5-year warranty, 1-year trade-up policy, and technical support.

“All too often in the audio industry, people feel abandoned by frequent discounting, which makes it impossible to know the best time to purchase,” said SVS President Gary Yacoubian in explaining the move.

“We created the SVS Customer Bill of Rights to make sure anyone considering SVS knows they can choose our speakers, subwoofers, and accessories with absolutely no risk, and if there is a sale price, we’ll automatically refund the difference. Frankly, it’s just the right thing to do.”
