Through the end of March, Vizio is offering owners of its SmartCast TVs a free preview of the CuriosityStream video-on-demand service. Sign up now and you can watch for three weeks without paying any fees.

The subscription service, an offshoot of the Discovery Channel that costs $2.99/month ($19.99/year), is a repository of documentaries in seven categories: science, history, technology, nature, society, lifestyle, and kids. The programming features a broad range of personalities from David Attenborough and the late Stephen Hawking to Mike Rowe and Sigourney Weaver and is also home to original features and series.

Here’s how the official website describes it: “Whether you want to explore Mars or travel back to ancient civilizations, CuriosityStream adds new binge-worthy films and series each week, empowering you to dive deep into your favorite subjects and explore new territory sure to entertain, enlighten and inspire.”

As part of the promotion, Vizio is also running a sweepstakes offering viewers the chance to win a 50-inch M507-G1 4K TV and a prize pack with a tote bag, power bank, and a CuriosityStream hat, fleece, and two shirts.
