VUDU has just come out with a free app for the iPhone or iPod Touch, allowing users to search through their ever increasing library. Until now, this required a VUDU or a trip to VUDU.com. You can add to your queue, but you can't add to your wish list, and you can't rate titles. But, pick a title, and when you get home, your pick, in all its 1080p glory will be waiting.

Considering everything you can do with an iPhone, you have to wonder why the app doesn't act like a VUDU remote. What were they thinking?  --Leslie Shapiro
