Skype has signed up a third TV maker with Samsung adding Skype internet phone capability to its LED 7000 and 8000 Series TVs.

Samsung's announcement follows similar ones from LG and Panasonic at the January 2010 Consumer Electronics Show.

To use Skype, Samsung TV owners will have to add the Freetalk TV Camera, an accessory sold through the Skype Shop. The camera was not yet available through the shop at presstime, but the Australian publication SmartHouse said it "can be purchased directly from Skype via a link that appears on the screen when you first log in."
