HDTV Owners Not Watching HD
Want a staggering fact? There are 39 million households in the US, yet 17 million of them aren't watching HD programming. Isn't that kind of like buying a Ferrari and leaving it in the garage?
The good news is that 22 million households are watching HD TV. After spending relatively big bucks to get that flat-panel HDTV, why wouldn't you spring a few extra bucks, if even that much, to get HD cable or satellite? Shoot - for that matter, just put up an antenna and watch the HD signal many local broadcasters are sending out over the air - for free.
