Slingbox is great for getting content when you're a world away from your precious DVR, but it's not always easy to find the required bandwidth. AMD's newly announced ATI Theater HD 750 can grab HDTV/DTV/analog broadcast signals including NTSC, PAL/SECAM, ATSC, ClearQAM and DVB-T. It can then record content into an impressive array of formats including H.264, AVI, MPEG, DivX, WMV and MPEG4. You can watch the extremely marketing-minded video above, but it won't teach you anything about the device orther than the fact it's a favorite amongst people who enjoy extreme sports. We're hoping to get a better look at it when the product actually starts making its way into computers and PCI Express/USB add-ons.
