Elite Screens has introduced the Starling series of motorized 16:9 format projection screens in a range of sizes, including 100, 120, 135 inches (diagonal), at prices starting at $299.

The screens ship fully assembled with an in-line up/stop/down control box on the power cord as well as IR (infrared) and RF (radio frequency) remotes, which operate a 110-volt/38-watt synchronous motor; the motor has built-in overheat protection and an operating speed of 10-15 rpm.

All models use Elite’s Spectra White FG material, featuring a 1.1 gain matte white surface with black backing to eliminate light penetration and fiberglass reinforcement for flatness. The material is matted on all sides to enhance perceived visual contrast and has an extended top border for high-ceiling installations.

The screen casing is available in gloss white or black and comes with brackets for mounting on a wall or ceiling. All models are covered by a 2-year warranty.
