After hearing the magnificent job Gilles Martin did on the DTS HD Master Audio 5.1 mix of the Criterion 50th anniversary edition of "A Hard Day's Night", the last thing I want is the Beatles in mono. Bring on the hi-res multi-channel Blu-ray audio discs! The CD versions of the stereo Beatles catalog already sound phenomenal when played just using Dolby Pro-logic IIx. Why in the would I want mono?
