Cambridge Bar Uses Flat Drivers
Cambridge Audio's use of BMR flat-diaphragm drivers in its new TVB2 soundbar addresses one of the principal problems of soundbars: their limited width. BMR, which stands for Balanced Mode Radiator, is a type of full-range driver with excellent dispersion, so every seat in the room should be a pretty decent one. This 2.1-channel bar includes three HDMI jacks one of which includes Audio Return Channel. The price $499, includes a six-inch wireless sub.
