Steinway Lyngdorf has added Dolby Vision high dynamic range (HDR) processing to its high-end P200 surround processor.

The upgrade is part of a 2.0.14 software release that includes minor bug fixes and a new Full bypass mode. The software can be downloaded directly from the P200 processor or through an authorized dealer with access to the company’s extranet.

Introduced in 2015, the $18,000 processor is equipped to handle multiple speaker setups and was the first surround processor to support both Dolby Atmos and Auro-3D.
