To heck with Black Friday. Deals are already starting to trickle in as AV makers look to kick off the 2019 holiday selling earlier and earlier.

Starting today, U.K. speaker specialist KEF is knocking 20% off its compact LSX wireless speaker, which was recently honored as EISA’s 2019-2020 wireless speaker pick.

The LSX will be available for $1,000/pair, $250 off its original discount price of $1,250/pair, through the end of the year.

In addition to wireless streaming via Bluetooth/aptX, Wi-F, and AirPlay 2, the LSX supports hi-res files up to 24 bit/192 kHz and packs 200 watts of power via four amplifiers (2 x 30 plus 2 x 70 watts) to drive its two tweeters and woofers (one each per speaker).

In a departure from traditional bookshelf speakers, the LSX is offered in white, red, green, blue, and black with a fabric wrap covering the cabinet’s top, bottom, and sides.
