Como Audio Expands Wireless Speaker Lineup
Como Audio has expanded its line of wireless music systems with a two-way speaker that converts its entry-level Solo speaker into a stereo system.
Plugging the matching Ambiente ($119) into the Solo’s speaker output creates a 2 x 30-watt stereo system that can be set up for maximum separation thanks to the supplied 12-foot cable.
In addition to carrying the audio signal from the Solo to the Ambiente, the cable also provides power, negating the need for a second power cord.
Como says the resulting dynamic duo has 3dB more headroom and delivers deeper bass. As with the Solo, four finish options are available: walnut (shown), hickory, white, and black.

See our review of the Solo and its sibling, the Duetto, both winners of Sound & Vision’s Top Pick award.
