Headphones are hot. So hot that news releases touting “latest and greatest” models seem to hit our inbox every other day. The most recent press announcement is from Brainwavz Audio, a Hong Kong-based brand specializing in headphones.

Covered by a generous 2-year warranty, the Brainwavz B200 earphones feature a dual balanced armature configuration with a mini woofer and tweeter, tuned “with little to no coloring in the mids and a slight focus on the upper mids,” according to the company.

The earphones are designed to rest on the opening of the ear canal for a comfortable fit and come with six silicon ear tips of various sizes and a set of Comply foam tips for greater noise isolation.

The 4-foot OFC copper Y cable is described as “friction free” and has a sizing slider and gold-plated 3.5mm plug. Additional accessories include a carrying case, shirt clip, and Velcro cable tie.

Impedance is rated as 30 ohms and sensitivity as 110 dB at 1 mW.
