Cambridge Audio has announced that the Tidal music streaming platform is now available on a half dozen of its network players and AV receivers.

Products that can be updated with Tidal are the CXN, CXN (V2), Azur 851N, and StreamMagic 6 (V2) network streamers and the CXR120 and CXR200 AV receivers.

To access Tidal, owners of these products need to update the firmware and ensure they have the most up-to-date version of the Cambridge Connect app, which can be downloaded via the App Store for iOS devices or the Play Store for Android devices.

“We know how popular the service is amongst our customers and have heard the requests,” said Stuart George, managing director of Cambridge Audio. “We’re proud we’ve been able to deliver.”
