Hot on the feels of Logitech's Google TV announcement, Sony is gearing up to release its own Google TV product. Unlike Logitech's Revue set-top box, Sony is working on HDTVs incorporating Google TV directly into the display. Technical details for the HDTVs haven't been released yet, but Sony Insider revealed prices and sizes for several models.

The Google TV displays will be available in 24-, 32-, 40-, and 46-inch versions. While Sony Insider didn't release pricing for the smallest screen, the three largest models will retail for $1,299, $1,499, and $1,899, respectively. The leaked listings also mention a NSX-GT1 product, which could be a Sony-made Google TV set-top box. Sony is expected to make an official announcement regarding the Google TV products October 12.
