Thursday Night, June 5
The Grand Opening Concert presented by Delphi XM SkyFi .The concert is free to everyone and is from 6pm-8pm. This concert will highlight the diversity of music that can be found on the XM Satellite dial. Stop in and enjoy some of the West Coast's most eclectic acts:

The Josh Jones Trio , a Latin jazz ensemble will kick off the evening. His music is driven by the conga rhythm and flavored with the caliente spirit of your favorite island paradise. His style of music can be found on XM Channel 75,Luna.

Free Peoples is a Bay Area-based band playing a style that fuses bluegrass, folk and jazz. The members come from various projects, most notably, Billy Kreutzmann's TriChromes, Buzz, Top Four Flights and Soulstice. Their style of music can be found on XM Channel 14, Bluegrass Junction.

Finally, Melora Hardin will finish the evening. She explodes onto the stage with a style that captures an era that can only be categorized into the Torch Singers of the 30's and 40's. This style of music can be found on XM Channel 73, Frank's Place.

Friday Night, June 6
Free movie screeing presented by Texas Instruments. There are two screenings on Friday and exact viewing times will be announced on-site but they will both be after 5:00pm. Tickets for this event are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be picked up at the Texas Instruments Exhibit in the Elizabethan B Suite. Saturday Night, June 7
Dolby presents Richard Thompson at 8pm. For more than three decades, Richard Thompson has consistently set songwriting and performance standards others aspire to. He has long been acknowledged both as a sensitive writer and an innovative guitarist. It will surely be an unforgettable performance!

Live SACD Recording
Audiophiles will get a rare opportunity to discover the similarities and differences between SACD reproduction and the real thing at this year's show. Diversity Records, Ltd. has announced it will record two performances by its artists at HE2003 on June 7 (1-4:30pm). Click here for more details.

HE2003 also includes a free seminar program that will delve into topics that range from HDTV to custom installation as well as give attendees an opportunity to meet the editors from Stereophile, Stereophile Guide to Home Theater and Home Theater magazines. Click here for the current schedule.
