Optoma H81 DLP Projector: First Look

Highlights: 1920x1080 single-chip DLP

At CES 2006 Optoma turned heads with working prototypes the H81, a single-chip 1080p DLP front projector that is projected to retail for $10K. This is a big deal, because the other 1080p DLPs that have announced pricing so far are clocking in closer to $20K. We'll be curious to see if Optoma can offer comparable performance for less. A lot less! Availability TBD.
